Hi everyone!
This is my very first blog post so I just wanted to do a quick introduction and tell you all about myself and what I do!
First things first, my name is Hannah. I’m 25 years old from small town Minnesota and I am obsessed with baking. So much so I am starting this blog and wanting to make an entire career circled around it. I love doing everything from cupcakes to cookies and so much more (as you can tell from the title of this blog).
I am not a classically trained baker by any means. I am actually finishing up my degree in Business Economics later this year. I am family taught and come from an incredibly large family of bakers and that is where I learned from. With everything I bake I want it to taste just like that, homemade. I draw a lot of my inspiration from them as well as other self-taught bakers/chefs.
I currently work at a local greenhouse that also sells fresh produce in the summertime and that has honestly been one of the best things to have ever happen to my baking. I have been learning this past year how to incorporate so many different fresh ingredients into my creations. Maybe I will make a post later about that!
I am so excited to start posting on here all my thoughts and ideas and I am happy to have you all along for the ride!
